This paper provides a conceptual and propositional analysis Nsrhamd view Abu Zayd (2010-1943) about the nature of revelation and its understanding based on the Quran, quotes, analysis and, Seeks to answer two questions:1- Abu Zaid linguistic point of view about the nature of revelation and understanding of what?2- His view is consistent with the Quran? Abu Zayd offers a way for understanding, based on the theories of linguistics and hermeneutics has been rejected.
