Today, organizations need committed and ethical human capital more than financial resources to achieve sustainable development and continuous improvement of performance. In this regard, the present study aims to explain the effect of belief in the teachings of Imamate on the continuous improvement of human resources performance in the organization and has been conducted with a descriptive-analytical method and a qualitative approach. Also, the study provides a conceptual model to explain the mechanism of the effect of the teachings of Imamate on the continuous improvement of human resources performance by extracting nine key components in the form of two individual and group dimensions. The findings showed that at the individual level, components such as self-control based on the supervision of the Imam, promotion of motivation in the light of the love of the Ahl al-Bayt (AS), strengthening of work conscience as a fulfillment of the Imamate promise and care for the treasury, and at the group level, components such as social support, cooperation and cohesion, organizational order and unity, forgiveness and forgiveness, and correct interaction and tolerance with others, play a pivotal role in improving human resource performance. The result is that Imamate is not a mere theological principle, but a meaningful and normative framework for the drivers of continuous improvement in the organization.
